Common Sense Uncommon Experience
Patricia Godfrey, E.A., provides comprehensive tax and investment services to individuals, businesses, non-profit organizations, and trusts. Services include private professional fiduciary and notary services.
Ms. Godfrey began her self-employment in 1987, practicing "taxes only" as an Enrolled Agent. In 1993 she added investment advisory, expanding into private trustee and estate planning in 2003. Prior to starting her practice, she worked for local CPA firms in the accounting and tax departments as well as in controller positions within private industry.
She graduated Magna cum Laude in 1981 from National University with a B.B.A. in Accounting. University of San Diego’s Paralegal Program in Business Litigation was completed with Honors in 2006. Due to Ms. Godfrey’s personal interest in gerontology and meeting the special needs of seniors, she earned Cal State Fullerton’s Graduate Studies Certificate in Professional Fiduciary Management for Trustees. She is a Certified California Fiduciary (by PFAC), and licensed by the California Fiduciary Bureau (#292).
Although most of Ms. Godfrey’s work is in tax preparation and representation, her multi-disciplined practice goes well beyond traditional tax. By integrating myriad skills -- tax, business, paralegal, investment, and fiduciary — her clients have come to rely on her as the single resource for all their financial matters. Her professional goal is to create financial solutions through a quality, comprehensive approach and an extraordinary amount of personal service.
